Return instructions

To request a return, email fastyresrls@gmail.com with your order number, the store where you bought and the items concerned. Fastyres will send the return address and the instructions for those items by email. The destination, return reference, packaging and collection or postage arrangements depend on the supplier that fulfilled the order. Please contact us before sending goods back; do not use our registered office as a return address unless we instruct you to. Fastyres remains your point of contact. These arrangements do not limit your statutory rights or make a withdrawal notice subject to supplier approval.
