Seller and scope

Products and compatibility

Check the exact reference, dimensions, load and speed ratings and vehicle approvals before ordering. A guide, image or size match alone does not establish compatibility. Fitting services are not included unless expressly stated in the offer. Product photographs are illustrative; the ordered reference and description identify the goods.

Prices and checkout

Review the final price, currency, applicable taxes, mandatory charges, delivery cost and destination before submitting a paid order. You can correct your cart and delivery details before ordering. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. If a product or delivery option is unavailable, contact us rather than placing a substitute order. Keep the order confirmation and number. An acknowledgement of receipt does not mean the goods have shipped.

Delivery and withdrawal

The shipping policy explains delivery costs and handling. The return and refund policy explains withdrawal, deadlines, refunds and the optional notice form. Supplier routing does not remove Fastyres’s responsibility to you. If a promised delivery cannot be met, your applicable rights to require delivery or end the contract remain available.

Conformity, complaints and mandatory rights

New goods carry the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, at least two years where EU law applies and longer where mandatory national law provides. In Spain the statutory period for new goods is three years. These rights are separate from a manufacturer’s commercial warranty and from the 14-day withdrawal right. Contact us with the order number and issue; do not send full card details. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You retain the protections and access to competent courts provided by the mandatory law applicable to your purchase. Any later change to these terms does not retrospectively alter an existing order.
