Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the items, quantity, destination and the applicable supplier delivery terms. When ordering opens, the total delivery charge will be shown before payment in the checkout currency, including any applicable destination surcharge. Transport already included in the product price will not be charged again. Delivery estimates will be shown where confirmed for the selected service and destination.

Destinations, dispatch and tracking

Only delivery services confirmed for the cart and destination may be ordered. A regional store name does not itself guarantee service to every postcode or island. Delivery estimates and any agreed delivery date must be provided before payment. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period. An order confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier; separate parcels can have different references. Contact fastyresrls@gmail.com with your order number for delivery problems.
